Can I return my order?
You can return your order within 14 days. Register the item(s) you wish to return by filling out our form here.
Please do not send the product to us without prepaid postage and never uninsured. Customers are paying for the return costs. We recommend sending it with insurance and a tracking number. Please request a return receipt and keep it safe, as proof. All returns need to reach us within 28 days of the delivery date.
Can I get free shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders above 200€.
Who do you ship with?
We only use DHL and DHL Express for all orders, nationally and internationally.
Can I buy Now and Pay Later?
We offer payments with Klarna and Paypal-Pay-Later, so you can split your payment into smaller parts over time or pay after 30 days.
Can I cancel my order?
Our team works hard to process your order promptly to get shipped to you as soon as possible. Please note that once your order is placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel it. But we do offer returns within the EU.
To initiate a return, please fill out our form, send back the items within 14 days of receipt and ensure they are returned to us within 28 days. Keep your proof of postage until you receive confirmation of your return via email.
