Yes, you can hear 95%—as ECHO has been carefully designed using a hollow construction, that allows for the majority of sounds to easily reach your ear canal.
What material is Echo made of?
ECHO is made out of 100% allergy-safe, skin-friendly, fine-metal alloy. This unique material will never change color, as it is corrosion-free and bio-compatible with every skin. Precisely crafted in Germany using high quality alloys, plated gold and 14k gold.
How does it fit my ear?
3-5 days after ordering, you receive an easy to use 3-step-kit to measure your ear impression. We then use your ear-impression to seamlessly design your ECHO.
When do you I receive my Echo?
For individually crafted items, like ECHO, it may take 21-30 days after receiving your successful ear-impression.

Your easy to use 3-step-kit arrives in 3-5 days. It may take 21-30 days to complete the production of your personalized Echo™.

You'll receive a polishing cloth with your order. Use it to gently polish your Ear-Grillz™ regularly to keep it shiny.
Most of our materials are corrosion-free. They will keep their material color forever. Gold-plating will wear down naturally.

All Echo Ear sales are final due to the personalized, custom-made nature of the product.
Can I get free shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders above 250€.

We only use DHL and DHL Express for all orders, nationally and internationally.

We offer payments with Klarna and Paypal-Pay-Later, so you can split your payment into smaller parts over time.
Can I cancel my Order?
Our team works hard to process your order promptly to get shipped to you as soon as possible. Please note that once your order is placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel it. However, we do offer returns.
To initiate a return, please fill outour form, send back the items within 14 days of receipt and ensure they are returned to us within 28 days. Keep your proof of postage until you receive confirmation of your return via email.
